    INTRODUCTION

    Complaints under the UDRP may only be submitted to approved dispute-resolution service providers ("Providers"). ICANN has currently approved three providers (See below), each of whom follows the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy Rules as well as its own supplemental rules. eResolution, a former ICANN approved UDRP provider, shut down its operations in December 2001 and is currently in bankruptcy proceedings.
